Return and Refund Policy

Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns of unused products in original condition with vendor packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. A $5.00 per-item restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Extended Return Period (30-60 Days)

After the initial 30-day window but before 60 days, customers may exchange products or receive store credit. Standard refunds to the original payment method are not available during this extended period.

Returns submitted after 60 days are not accepted.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us at support@trugarddirect.com or call (334) 400-3252 to request a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days for label processing.

How to Initiate a Return
