Trugard shower pans and curbs are the foundation of a reliable, leak-free tile shower. Our pre-sloped shower pans come factory-graded for proper drainage and are ready to receive tile directly over thin-set mortar—no mud bed required. Paired with our foam curb pieces, you get a fully shaped, waterproof shower base that installs in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.

Our shower curbs are made from the same high-density EPS foam as our pans, pre-shaped to standard dimensions and coated with a waterproof fleece for seamless bonding with the Trugard waterproofing membrane. Simply set the curb, wrap it with membrane, and tile over it for a finished, professional look.

These products perform identically to Schluter Kerdi-Shower pans and Kerdi-Board curbs but cost over 60% less. That price difference adds up fast when you are doing multiple bathroom projects or running a contracting business.
