Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 2:30 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may include an additional shipping charge. Please call our office for order processing.

For expedited shipping please contact our office before placing your order for additional rates. If you need expedited shipping and you have already placed your order be sure to contact our office prior to 2:30 PM (EST) on the day your order is placed to ensure expedited service is available.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Trugard order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective products. Used products cannot be returned. Returned products should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restock fee of $5.00 per item may apply if your products are returned for any other reason than defective product. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt of products.

Returning Products After 60 Days

We will gladly accept your returns after 60 days for an exchange or a Trugard credit on your account. Returns submitted after 60 days will not receive a standard cash/card refund.

Returns Process

If your product is being returned due to defect please contact our office for a pre-paid shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days for Trugard to process your return after it is received. To expedite the returns process call or email us at support@trugarddirect.com with your return requet, order date and order number.
